基于全排列多边形图示指示法的港口城市竞争力评价——以上海市为例
Evaluation of the Port City Competitiveness Based on the Entire-Aray-Polygon Graphic Indication Methed——A case study of Shanghai City

摘要(Abstract):

对某一港口城市不同年度的纵向比较是港口城市发展的重要研究内容,从港口支撑、经济实力、对外开放、科技创新、资源环境、社会发展、文化影响五个角度构建港口城市竞争力评价指标体系,运用全排列多边形图示指示法对上海市2011—2015年进行港口城市竞争力评价。结果显示:5年间上海市港口城市竞争力评价指数呈逐年上升趋势,上海自由贸易区正式批准成立及我国"一带一路"战略的提出对上海市港口城市竞争力综合评价指数的提升有显著影响。单项指标中,科技创新和社会发展上升趋势最为明显;而资源环境和文化影响成为上海进一步发展的制约因素。
Vertical comparison of a port city over different years is an important research content of the port city development. The port competitiveness evaluation index system was constructed from the angles of port support, economic strength, opening up, science and technology innovation, resource and environment, social development and cultural influence, and the entire-array-polygon graphic indication valuation method was applied to evaluate the city's competitiveness in the port city of Shanghai from 2011 to 2015. The results indicated that the port city′ s competitirneets evaluation index of Shanghai showed an obvious ascending trend year by year. The formal approval of the Shanghai free trade zone and China's "Belt And Road" Initiatione have significant influence on the improvement of the comprehensive evaluation index of Shanghai port city competitiveness.Among the individual indicators, technological innovation and social development are the indicators with the most obvious rising trend. And the resource environment and cultural influence become the constraints for the further development of Shanghai.
