长江经济带港口竞争力测度及其优化路径研究
Study on Port Competitiveness and Optimization Path in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

摘要(Abstract):

港口是水陆运输的重要中转区,是海上交通与内陆联系的特殊结点。从自然条件、基础设施、生产条件、政策支持、经济环境5个角度,选取11个单项指标,构建港口竞争力的综合评价指标体系,运用熵权法与TOPSIS法,研究长江经济带主要港口的综合竞争力。研究结果表明:长江经济带港口竞争力空间差异显著,呈现出以上海、南京、九江为核心的簇团式空间分布格局;上海、宁波—舟山港、九江、南京、武汉等五港的综合竞争力较强,而安庆、铜陵、黄石、马鞍山等四港的港口竞争力较弱。最后提出了长江经济带港口竞争力优化路径。
Port is the assembly point and the water and land transportation hub, it is node of linking inland and maritime transport a particular. From the five aspects of natural conditions, infrastructure, production conditions, policy support, and economic environment,the paper selects 11 individual indicators to construct the port competitiveness evaluation index system, and by using entropy method and TOPSIS method, studies the comprehensive competitiveness of the main ports in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The results show that the port competitiveness space difference in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is significant, presenting a cluster spatial distribution pattern with Shanghai, Nanjing,Jiujiang as the core. Shanghai, Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, Jiujiang, Nanjing and Wuhan are stronger in terms of comprehensive competitiveness of the port; whereas Anqing, Tongling,Huangshi and Maanshan are relatively weaker.
