澳大利亚环境友好型海水淡化产业发展分析

摘要(Abstract):

澳大利亚的海水淡化产业在21世纪初发展迅速,并实现了大规模市政和工业供水。为有效缓解海水淡化导致的环境影响,该国新建的大型淡化厂全部以可再生能源为动力,通过技术防治降低浓盐水排放对海洋生态系统的损害,并在工程设计上注重生态景观的修复,实现了淡水开源与环境效益的统一。在总结了澳大利亚海水淡化产业发展现状的基础上,分析了其环境友好型发展模式,并提出相关建议,以期为促进我国海水淡化产业健康、可持续发展提供借鉴。
The first decade of the 21 st century witnessed fast development of Australia's seawater desalination industry which has realized large-scale municipal and industrial water supply. In order to effectively alleviate the environmental impact caused by seawater desalination, all newly-constructed large-scale desalination plants in Australia are indirectly powered by 100% renewable energies, the effects of discharged concentrated brine on the marine ecological system are tackled through proper technical measures, and restoration of eco-environment is highlighted in engineering design, thus striking a balance between freshwater augmentation and environmental benefits. This paper systematically summarizes the status of seawater desalination in Australia, particularly analyzes its eco-friendly mode of development, and puts forward a series of suggestions for boosting the healthy and sustainable development of China's newly-emerging seawater desalination industry.
