海洋科技进步贡献率模型改进与参数测度
Research on Model Refinement and Parameters Measure of the Contribution Rate of Marine Science and Technology Progress

摘要(Abstract):

海洋科技进步贡献率的定量研究能为海洋科技政策提供决策参考和数据支持,具有一定的应用价值和实践意义。从概念定义、数值特征和实际应用等方面探讨了海洋科技进步贡献率的理论内涵;从资本、劳动要素弹性系数入手,优化了海洋科技进步贡献率的测算模型;运用势分析法,测算了2006—2014年海洋领域各产业的资本、劳动要素弹性系数,并对其应用进行了深入讨论。研究表明:2006—2014年,我国海洋领域各产业的资本要素弹性系数α处于0.4与0.5之间,劳动要素弹性系数β处于0.5与0.6之间。
The quantitative research of the contribution rate of marine science and technology progress can provide decision references and data support for marine science and technology policy, which has a certain application value and practical significance.From the aspects such as concept definition, numerical characteristics and practical application, the theory connotation of the contribution rate of marine science and technology progress was discussed. The calculating model of the contribution rate of marine science and technology progress was refined about capital and labor element elasticity coefficients. Marine industries' capital and labor element elasticity coefficients were calculated in 2006-2014 by the potential analysis method, and its application was discussed. Research shows that marine industries' capital element elasticity coefficients were between 0.4 and 0.5, and marine industries' labor element elasticity coefficients were between 0.5 and 0.6 in 2006-2014.
