应对海岛淡水缺乏新思路——风力制水机
A New Method for Responding to the Freshwater Shortage on Islands: Wind Powered Water Production

摘要(Abstract):

我国淡水资源缺乏,海岛情况尤甚。在阐释我国已采取的应对措施及其不足的基础上,介绍了海洋经济绿色科技——风力制水机的运作原理、技术发展情况及其特有优势,分析了风力制水机的技术、经济效益定位,特别强调希望在政府试点和推广之下,促成风力制水机的产业化,以改善海岛基础设施差的状况,以助于维护我国海洋权益。
China lacks fresh water resources,especially on islands. The paper illustrates the measures taken by relevant departments and the defects thereof. As the wind powered water production,a green technology of marine economy,has been developed maturely,the paper explains its working principles,technological developments and advantages,as well as analyzing the positioning of the technology and economic benefit. It is expected that through pilot and promotion programs,the industrialization of this new technology will be implemented, the backward infrastructures on islands will be improved, and China's maritime rights and interests will be safeguarded more at the same time.
